Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings easily. Also, you can redirect e-mails from one mail account to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and secure your email box accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply select the email mailbox account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest.
